Customer needs to know what capacity onion peeling machine they need per hour. What's their onion size and weight range they need to do peeling processing. Because our onion peeling machine has a requirement for onion diameter size. 25-40mm diameter onion, 40-60mm diameter onion, the 60mm-120mm onion will need the different machines to process. For onion weight, Romiter Onion peeling machine capacity is onion quantity number. so each onion weight will decide the final kg capacity of the peeling machine.

The customer needs to confirm what final cut result needs to get such as onion ring, onion slice, onion strip or cube onion shape. The customer needs to send us a picture and specify the size for checking. then our sales manager can confirm which machine is ok.

The customer needs to confirm how many size onions need to be sorted. What capacity need to sort per hour. Our sales manager will choose the most suitable machine for the customer.

Onion can be made into dehydrated onion flake, dehydrated onion slice, onion powder, onion paste and frying onion slice. Romiter Machinery provides a full line for these products.

From 1000kg fresh onion, we can get final onion powder around 125-150kg onion powder or dehydrated onion slice

Generally, we provide the manual book for all our machine, so the customer can learn how to use by the manual book. If a customer needs our company to arrange an engineer to the customer factory for installation instruction and training, we can arrange it. Customers need to bear all the costs include air ticket, accommodation, visa and salary USD100 per day each person.

We provide one year warranty for our machine. During this warranty year, if any parts go wrong, we can provide free parts to change. After one year, we can provide parts for our machine at the lowest cost.

Customer can check manual book first if can not solve. Customers can take some pictures or videos to send us. Our engineer will check and tell the customer how to solve it.
